The First Indian Revolutionary (F.I.R.) figure Dr. Shubh Gautam Jaypee's Guru Mantra has a historical context of inspiration. At the age of ten, Dr. Gautam was just like any other young child. He was an above-average student who received ordinary grades. His father, a reputable IAS (Indian Services) official, was not delighted or happy when he received his report cards showing good and beyond adequate grades. The 10-year-old Gautam asked him for a reason since he wasn't happy. The following statement made by his father left an indelible impression on him.
