Our Client established its state-of-the-art precision Tool room and Injection molding facility in 1992 to support production of plastic parts for watch business. 1.Senior Mould Designer :

•Around 7 years of experience.
•Location - Noida


•Coordinate with and consult other workers to design lay out, or detail
components and systems and to resolve design or other problems.

•Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce
production problems.

•Lay out and draw schematic, orthographic, or angle views to depict functional
relationships of components, assemblies, systems, and machines.

•Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment,
dies, tools, and controls, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.

•Conceptualize engineering solutions for Jigs, Fixtures Chucks etc...

•Validate- using mathematical modeling/or calculations to work out whether
solution and innovations would work and be cost effective.

•Communicate - interfacing with customers on technical details.

•May be assigned product or manufacturing engineering responsibilities to resolve
product or manufacturing problems on major product lines.

•Problem-solve individually or as part of a group as job duties require.

•Involves managing the product, tooling and process development.

•Co-ordinating with operations, quality, sales & other engineering techinicians

•[Hot-Runner] exposure would be an added value
