Our Client established its state-of-the-art precision Tool room and Injection molding facility in 1992 to support production of plastic parts for watch business. The Toolroom went commercial in 1998 and after 10 years of success, the facility was established, as an independent business unit in the year 2008.

Project Engineer
•More than 3 years of experience.
•Location -Noida

•Responsible for mould quotation &. Concept design
•Responsible for part feasibility.
•Identifying defects & making relevant modifications in design.
•Review Mould Design & analysis.
•Reverse engineering and product analyzing with Mould flow
•Knowledge of Plastic polymer & selection of steel for concern plastic.
•Plastic processing & fine tuning.
•Attending mould trial to do rectification in mould to resolve the trial related
problem.
• Responsible for production planning & process planning.
• Distribution of out sourcing activities to the vendors.(if required)
• Process planning & follow for maintain time line.
• Provide delivery schedules, monitor status condition of each components parts
for ordering.
• To maintain all quality & customer required documents.
