•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proficient with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Job Description:
•Provide solutions for communication design, product launches and event planning.
•Liaising with and answering queries from media, individuals and other organizations.
•Researching, writing and distributing press release target media
•Collating and analyzing media coverage
•Participate actively in devising PR strategies for the clients.
•Recognizing promotional activities and drafting press releases for the promotions and other events for the media dissemination.
•Liaising on a daily basis with clients and the media.
•Manage special events such as sponsorship of races, parties introducing new products, or other activities the firm supports in order to gain public attention through the media without advertising directly.
•Undertaking research for new business proposals and presenting to potential new clients.
•Ensuring the dissemination of important information at the respective help desks for media facilitation.
•Assisting the Press Manager with the press release meetings, interviews and conferences.
•Sending out invites and organizing promotional events for the media.
